Bosch, Carl
Born in 1874, studied mechanical engineering, metallurgy, and chemistry, developed process for synthesis of ammonia, after 1919 chairman of the board of BASF, in 1926 named general director of I.G. Farben, won Nobel Prize for Chemistry in 1931, died in 1940.
